Our Origin Story

Twin Sisters Construction is a family-owned company founded in 1998 by Dave Hoskins. In 2024, his son Charlie Hoskins joined the business, followed by Jason Duncan, expanding the team and strengthening its commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Now serving the Springfield area, Twin Sisters Construction specializes in residential roofing, with additional expertise in hail and storm damage restoration. The company is built on dependable workmanship, clear communication, and a customer-first approach, ensuring every project is handled with care and precision.

Having grown up around the construction industry, Charlie Hoskins developed an early appreciation for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the value of hard work. Today, he brings that hands-on knowledge and passion for quality to every project.

Charlie takes pride in helping clients bring their ideas to life, approaching each job with reliability, clear communication, and a commitment to doing things right.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog, making the most of opportunities to relax, recharge, and enjoy the outdoors. Above all, he’s driven by a desire to help people and create spaces that improve everyday living.
